As part of Experion you should expect better but after a lengthy battle with Hitwise about why the data bounces around they just said pay up and started using strong arm tactics.
I've used Hitwise in the past and it's been a good benchmarking tool but with the new service they struggle with base sizes and unless you're a massive company (think ASOS) then you won't have much joy looking for any trends.
I've told them I'm not going to pay and I'm now being chased by unfriendly lawyers and looking forward to a day in court where I can start to open up the can of worms that seems to be this business.
