Feel Robbed And Embarrassed
I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the arrangement that was delivered. I would not have even awarded them 1 star but this site made me. It was not what was advertised,instead of being red roses and carnations it had carnations and there were hardly any flowers in it. I could have picked a better arrangement from wild flowers found on the side of the road. I tried to call there so called customer service , to be hung up on every single time, no one would give me their name, you can not use their email to contact them . Then when someone will talk to you they wont refund since it was too late to fix the problem. I swear this is the most horrible experience EVER! I feel ROBBED AND EMBARRESSED
I ordered flowers for Mother's day. I ordered over the computer and ordered the flowers with FREE delivery - for $35.00. By Tuesday evening (2 days after Mother's Day) the flowers still had not arrived. I checked my bank account to make sure that the purchase had actually gone through. That is when I found out they charged me $75.55 for the flowers that NEVER arrived. I called their phone number and was told that they would credit me $20 and let me use a $50 store credit. I told them absolutely NOT! I wanted a full refund and the order to be cancelled. After being put on hold 3 separate times for about 5-10 minutes each time - I got a supervisor who also put me on hold for a long time. When she finally came back - she approved the refund. I checked with the bank and I still have not seen any money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. How can you order a $35.00 flower arrangement with free delivery and the company charge you over $75? BTW ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!

Never Use This Company
I ordered Mother Day flowers for my 2 Moms and sister. The arrangements were priced at $40.86 each and they charged me $328.00. Plus, they never delivered the flowers. Also, they hung up on me 3 times when I tried to speak to a supervise. They have not answered my text either. I will never use this company again.
Do Not Use
I placed an order on the 6th for delivery on the 10th. I paid extra for Saturday delivery. It is now Monday and still no flowers! I have called 20 times. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn't one! I told the rep. that was a lie and so she transferred me, to automated leave message prompt. No response and still fighting today! This company is running a scheme! They should be shut down!

Disgusted With Flower Arrangement
I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered to a small town in NY State. It was one of their "best sellers", a vase filled with yellow, blue and white flowers. What we got was a mess in a vase. No blue flowers, the substituted flowers were ugly and didn't "fit" with the other flowers and none of the flowers looked fresh. The card attached was not nicely written and they left out one sentence of the two short sentences that I requested. Just a disaster. I was totally embarrassed.
What A Rip Off
Got a mail for credit and it's a rip off. They don't show what your final balance will be till after they charge you. Then I called to cancel order and background noise terrible and women English questionable. I really don't know if my order will be cancelled but may have to go to bank and stop payment. Don't use this site and stay away from emails.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery - never arrived. Finally reached a live person and was told the vase wasn't available. They offered an upgrade or $15.00 discount on $120 order. I asked to cancel the order and was told there would be a 30% product fee charge. Can you believe it?! Not only did they not deliver flowers and gift on the person's 88th birthday, they want to charge me $36.00!

Always Read The Fine Print
I ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday and wanted to use a local florist in her town. With the misleading heading of Local Florists I clicked onto Flower Delivery Express. I then clicked on a lovely bouquet that seemed to be $29.99. When it came up it was $39.99, but with a banner that said 'discount', which I assumed would be the original price. It also said, 'free delivery'. I clicked on 'place order' and received an invoice for $72.63. I immediately called customer service to cancel the order and was told there was a $34 cancellation fee. I asked if this fee was for the aggravation and the lady said, "Yes". I still needed to send flowers and the bouquet was almost the same price as the cancellation fee, so I went ahead with the order. The lady from customer service did try to be accommodating and applied a $20 discount. It has not yet been delivered so I do not know the quality of the flowers. My ultimate total was $52.63 plus a great deal of time and aggravation. Buyer beware! Be careful ordering from any online delivery service, especially this one.

Ordered Thanksgiving Flowers For Family, The Flowe
Ordered Thanksgiving flowers for family, the flowers were delivered wrong (luckily family member finally got them from their neighbor!) their customer service did not care as they showed "delivered". They charged my card $60.67 but their receipt takes off the rebate you earn off your next order so it appeared that I was only spending $10.67. I did not received a receipt for this order, emailed them to figure out what was going on and have spent almost a week dealing with them. I asked mulitple times for a receipt and finally just now after yelling to send me a receipt and to stop ignoring this request did I finally get one. For two days they simply did not respond to an email I sent attaching a screen shot of the charge to my bank account and then did not respond to an email asking for an update on it. Finally they responded when I threatened to contact the Michigan attorney general. I am finally throwing my hands in the air and am done with them. PLEASE save yourself the time and money and don't get involved with this company or their unethical practices. Lesson learned, will never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would!
