Don´t trust the service. Wont deliver.

I thought it would be a good idea to purchase some flowers for a friend i met in a trip. When i searched google for a online company that provided that service the first one appeared was Flora Queen. Asked my friend for her adress under the idea that i would send her a post card ( not to spoil the surprise ). By the end of the day i sent her a message asking if she got my " postcard".
And she did not. To bad for me to trust in an online company. What happened was that i sent an email askying why wasn´t the flowers sent. And i got a reply explaining that it was difficult for the local florist to find the place and that they needed the phone number. That´s funny because before i bought the flowers i checked some times with here and on the googgle maps. Bad excuse. Now i don´t know what to do. What i´ve learned is not to buy with this company. Maybe it´s only a website to receive the money and they don´t deliver nothing.
