Don't be fooled, Glotech will just waste your time!!

Needed a repair to a tumble dryer and chose Glotech as they showed available slots the next day. Don't be fooled... The website will let you book your slot and even send you a confirmation email. They do this to stop you searching other suppliers. Then when you have arranged to be off work and wait for the engineer you will get a phone call saying that slot is no longer available and the next availability is in over a weeks time. Glotech work on the hope that most people will just take the new booking as its more hassle to change. If you cant wait a week then you are back to where you started looking for someone that is actually going to do what they say and be reliable. So, don't be fooled by the website availability and their answer phone waiting message stating that 80% of customers are services within 24 hours, move on and look for someone else as these people will just waste your time and let you down.
