I ordered 2-50th Wedding Anniversary mugs for dear friends of mine .I was delighted with how well they were made .I would have preferred a really nice Tea cup actually but could not find one so I did have to buy the mug I thought it was a but heavy looking but still was worth my money. Zazzle have always been easy to buy from and delivery is under 2 weeks.I have used Zazzle a few times for all sorts of gifts.

I have used the site four times now for postcards and invites. Its always gone beyond my expectations. The quality is great and the designs are endless! I will keep coming back !

I am terribly disappointed with this website. The design is perfect but I am totally unsatisfied with the customer service. I contacted them a thousand times, and all that this guy Jesse has to say is "your payment has not been confirmed wait few more days". I have a Christmas celebration and have ordered the mugs for everybody to get them at least by the middle of November. I am in Australia and ALL the phone numbers are from US. Why do they have an Australian domain website zazzle.com.au if they do not have a customer service here? I am terrible sorry because I am already thinking that I will lose all this money with ghost mugs. I have been trying to speak with the company and no feedback, not a word from them. All that I want is a word with someone to confirm my order and send it by November 20th or my money immediately back!

Don't reply to emails. Takes over 3 weeks to receive something that says 5-7 days. Then when it finally arrived it was the WRONG product.

Never buy from them ever again!

Had the horrible experience of getting my order from this company. Will never ever deal with them again.

Ordered "gold foil" business cards to get nothing but a cheap as card, absolutely no gold foil on this, 100 cards for over $40, complete rip off. If I had known the order would have been so bad I would have ordered from my home country which is New Zealand. I could have ordered the same cards here for less than half the price I had paid to them and get more cards.

I have tried contacting the company numerous times, once to ask about the delivery date (they have a web address zazzle.co.nz which makes you think they are nz based so I had expected it to arrive sooner than 4 weeks) also for my complaint once I had received the cards, and none has been answered. They say on the package slip: if you are not satisfied with your order, then return within 15 days however this doesn't have a return address. Also the ordering system is not clean, they use so many different order numbers, you have a product order, then there is postage order number, and I notices all order ID's were different from even what they have emailed me !

This is nothing but rip off, they get away with taking your money by providing you with cheap as products at low cost to themselves while you pay good money thinking you will get a quality product and at the end of the day they can get away with it by proving they have shipped your item.

Completely disappointed and will spread the word of how bad the quality is. The card is obviously cheap is it thin paper material with simple layout. ABSOLUTE False advertising when you see their designs and descriptions. Can't express enough just how disappointed I am.

i was very pleased with the quality and durability of this singlet.. the colours turned out better than i expected and are much like the picture.. i am very happy with my purchase.. i would highly recommend this product to friends and family..

I gave one of your phsodellic flask to my niece for her birthday with the 70's style background and a photo of her in 70's costume and she just loves it. It was so easy to create and order.

The order I received was outstanding. The quality of the image, colour intensity and brightness far exceeded my expectations. The mugs themselves were of good quality - clear white and spotless! Mug size was also decent!

Because of the quality of the product, I will not be ashamed to give these to our speakers as 'thank-you' gifts!

At the moment I fundraise for the Cancer Council and found this website through researching on Google. I was looking for products that I could buy to resell to help raise money for a worthy cause. Zazzle not only has products that I could use but they have discounts when buying in bulk, which is a real savings. I have since my last order, ordered other item's to help raise awareness for this worthy cause. I have recommend this website to those who are looking for great discounts. I must also add that they gave me further discounts on my next order. Thanks a bunch Zazzle!
