“Buyer beware! Poor quality ”

I bought what should have been same sized clothing from Woolovers. They came saying they were the same size but all three were differently sized to each other and vastly different from their sizing chart. When I mentioned this, they went on the attack blaming me for not laundering it correctly. I pointed out with photos that they were different prior to laundering. They even still had their tags on.

Suddenly they refuse to answer any questions. Buyer beware! I noticed that Woolovers manipulates the reviews and also does not put negative reviews on their website. Do not buy from this company otherwise you will not receive what you think you ordered and you will not receive any money back!

Their customer service is awful, but considering they only operate to take your money it seems, I guess customer service is not something they would ever care about.

Other information on the service and products - Delivery to Australia was delayed by several weeks. I ordered from another UK based clothing company and Woolovers came two weeks after the other company's package arrived. The clothing also had a strong toxic smell suggesting heavy treatment with chemicals. Even if their products were wearable and not poorly proportioned so they could not be worn, I imagine they would be carcinogenic if you did wear them. This is a strong sign of cheaply made products.
