“They don't have a clue!”

Seen some items I wanted for my bedroom and was given £125 credit to spend. I placed my order and all went through. Left it a few days and checked on the progress of my order and it had all disappeared! The £125 was still available to spend so I phoned them up to see what was wrong. I was told I cancelled my order (I did not) but I was told it was in the system I did. They put me through to someone else and I was then told they cancelled it because I was already with another one of their catalogues and need they make my first 3 payments with the other catalogue first as I was a new customer. I explained I have been with the other catalogue for nearly 1 year but apparently I've only just joined them! No matter how
many times I told them that wasn't correct they wouldn't believe me.
Completely useless and none of them have a clue what they are doing, avoid if you want things to run smoothly!
