Asos is not a consistent company for online shopping. I have had good experiences, but the last several have been deplorable and offensive. As soon as I became a premiere member every single item I have purchased (about 6) have either been late or have not shown up at all. I have contacted customer service for each issue and I always receive a generic template of a response. There isn't actually even anyone really fully reading these emails. They gave me a 10% discount for the items I didn't recieve, but what good does that do me if I can't rely on them to follow through with their commitment to me? I also have had a ton of problems on their website. Sometimes I can't get into my saved items, sometimes the site won't let me purchase items and sometimes the site just crashes when I click on an item. Again, not consistency. Or maybe asos is just consisitantly bad at all of the things that make up a good online shopping experience.

Hey Lorcifer, I'm really sad to hear that you have had troubles with your recent orders, espesh as you're one of our wonderful Premier subscribers. We've been really busy on the email side of things for a while now, but if you ever want a chat you can tweet @ASOS_HeretoHelp or leave a message on our FB page. We will always be happy to help as quickly as we can. Our website is forever being updated, but with this comes bugs which do cause a lil' hassle sometimes. Deleting cookies/browsing hist usually does the trick but if you still have problems, send your feedback over to us and we'll pass it on to our website tech kids to look into. ASOS Chantelle
