“Feeling uneasy about ordering from ASOS Online Clothing”

After carefully researching a ton of reviews on ASOS CURVE I am now extremely hesitant about ordering from them. This is my first time hearing about this company and I'm loving the items that they offer especially for plus size women. However I am not willing to go through some of the headache that I've read about. Most importantly, I am really weary about ordering from sites without a direct contact number. ##TOTAL TURNOFF

I have read many very poor reviews on ASOS customer services... isn't about time somebody within the company did something about it ??? They drag out the same old luvvy dovey Facebook/twitter response to every unsatisfied customer (and there are loads of them !!!) They make loads of money but don't even have the decency to make a phone number available to their clients... once they have banked your cash they couldn't care less if you spend hours frustratingly trawling the internet for an unsatisfactory response!!! I would rather shop somewhere where the customer comes first !!!! AVOID
