I ordered some clothes of ASOS last night (Sunday) with next day delivery- as I placed my order quite late in the evening it wasn't a surprise that the "next day" the order was due to arrive was the Tuesday which was no problem, however when I received the confirmation email that the order had been dispatched (the next morning), I realised it was being sent to my old address rather than my current address! After panicking a while and frantically searching for some kind of customer service number (which ASOS apparently don't have) I stumbled across their facebook page late this evening (Monday). A pleaful post led to being asked to PM them about the situation and at 10:40 the night before the order was due to arrive, I received a reply from them saying they'd redirected the order to my current address but it would arrive just 1 day later! So relieved! Thank you ASOS! Looking forward to receiving my parcel and will definitely continue shopping with you in the future!

Well I really wish we had had such good service. We didn't realise that we had used an old address until we had received several texts telling us that delivery had failed. ASOS were completely unhelpful and said that we had to sort it out with the delivery company ourselves. Despite raising the issue on the Wednesday, speaking to the delivery company on the Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as well as to ASOS several times, the parcel is now lost. If it found it will go back on the shelves and we will have to reorder the goods, unfortunately the item we had ordered was the last in its size. ASOS can't apparently even re despatch it if they do receive it back, we have to keep rechecking the website. Admittedly we made the first mistake but I has been a nightmare ever since.,
