The waiting for items to come from asos takes pretty much forever on standard delivery since they take ages to process the order it's been twice now that orders take more than 3 days to process and to be shipped meaning it takes a almost a week which is pretty slow for today's standards and I've purchased from other retailers online that are much faster at shipping orders during peak periods. Until they sort this out I'm not shopping with again.

Hey, super sorry that your orders have not arrived as quickly as normal. Our warehouse is a little busier that usual at the moment but we are working hard to dispatch parcels as quick as we can. If your parcels arrived outside of the advised time given on your confirmation email please pop the order info over to us with the subject 'review centre' and we can get a discount code sorted as a goodwill gesture to apologise for the delay. If you do need a parcel in super quick time you can always take advantage of our express delivery service (international orders) or next day for parcels within the UK.
