“My experience with My-Picture”

Firstly I'd like to mention that I don't normally leave feedback or reviews and that this is my first time ever reviewing a product.

I ordered 3 canvas prints from, upon receiving them, two of which were absolutely outstanding in quality.

The 3rd one, however, was slightly defective - The colours were faded in comparison to the original image.

Hand on heart, I was quite distraught as I was anxious to put these up and admire them in their beauty.

I emailed in to their customer service team, with thoughts that "oh they won't reply, I have my product and should double check the image before submitting it"

And however, was I so wrong.

A chap by the name of Giorgio took on my enquiry with such a professional attitude, empathising with my situation and understanding the issue.

As a resolution, he sent me a brand new print 3 days later, free of charge, and might I say, it looks absolutely fantastic!

But while you're reading this, you're probably put off by the faulty print... I urge you to not be, we all need to accept that something, somewhere, in anything, can go wrong, it's how the situation is dealt with and resolved is what matters.

So on the back of this, I'd like to give a huge thank you to Giorgio for his fantastic customer service and swift replies, as well as the company, making something possible that I have yearned for a long time.

My rating of Unfortunately, I could only select 5 stars, I would very much rate them 6/5 without a shadow of a doubt!
