My wife bought one of these scooters in feb has only been able to use it twice in that time , first a handle broke off the first time we used it. It took them two weeks to repair it.Then came the charging problems with the battery took it back to the shop at least three further times to try and get this fault rectified, This has taken a further month to try and get sorted. It was then sent back to TGA for them to repair which they say they have done The problem is my wife has now lost all confidence in her T G A MINIMO and wont use it in fear of it letting her down yet again after all we are talking about a MOBILITY scooter.It also came back from TGA with damage to the seat which they refuse to accept liability for.As for TGA customer service they say they will call you back but never do this has happened at least three times and on one occasion they cut me off completly.
