Reported my handset damaged on Friday, they accepted my claim , asked me for ID documents, etc ( never had to do that with o2) they told me they d get back to me within 48 , been over 48 hrs now and still waiting for it , been told to wait another 24 hrs ..worst customer service, don't waste your money on them, 02 much better network,and faster processing time..if I could give them a 0 I would
