I ordered an unlock code for my Bold 9900. The code was delivered to me within maybe a 1/2 hour to an hour; however it did not work. I then got on customer services chat and a guy spent about a half hour with me trying to figure it out. He then stated it had to be escalated. About 12 hours later, I received an email stating my unlock codes were delivered and check my account. They were the same ones as before; clearly the new person taking my ticket had no clue that someone was already trying to figure out why they didn't work. I sent an email back which was never responded too. I sent another one the next day and that one as well wasn't responded too. I then logged back onto my account; jumped back into chat and got the same person helping me the first day. He asked the same questions over and over again; and kept telling me that I filled in "somewhere" that I was on T-Mobile's network; which my input based on my receipt given stated AT&T; in fact I told him at least 3 times that my device was never on the T-Mobile network. He kept dropping my chat with him and I would have to log back in to get help. After hours working with their customer support, it got me nowhere!
