After researching different unlock providers I opted to use FreeUnlocks. Seemed straightforward and uncomplicated?....Hmmmm

The amount of acknowledgement emails you get really confuses you and though I completed one of the offers (purchased two Micro SD's - covering the costs you to pay the unlock fee) it didn't work despite using the unlock code you sent me by email. Because of the confusing way this works I ended up paying an additional £7.99 to obtain exactly the same unlock code number that then did work.

Please look into this for me and consider refunding the £7.99 as clearly I did not need to pay this for the unlock code.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I'm a bit confused as to why the code would work the second time, but not the first. Using TrialPay or PayPal results in the same code delivery (which is what you saw) -- i.e. you will get the same product no matter which payment method you choose.
