I paid for the unlock codes for my HTC MyTouch 4G and I have yet to receive the email containing the instructions on how to proceed and what else I need to do. It is at this point that this becomes theft. You pay for their services and they do nothing. I have contacted the company and have heard nothing back yet. Big surprise.....so, they took my money and have done nothing with it. No matter nothing fighting the charges with PayPal will not resolve. Do not use them!! Go somewhere else and FAST!!

1) Please check the junk email of your registered Paypal email address. The activation code was sent there.
2) we have an 8-24 hour response time. Please email us at http://www.freeunlocks.com/contactus IF you don't hear from us within that time (which would mean we simply didn't receive your email).
3) we are always happy to refund or to process the code manually. We will sort that out above.

Once we sort this out I would appreciate if you alter your feedback to be more reflective of the services we offer.
