“Buying a Kitchen the Kutchenhaus Way”

Written on: 22/03/2012 by BHusselbee (1 review written)

Having spent quite some time considering what type of kitchen we wanted and researching the local suppliers we decided to visit the Kutchenhaus store in Sutton Coldfield which we had been in before.

The first thing you realise is the vast range of kitchens on view. We took our time browsing without the usual practice of the sales person hovering over you. When we were ready the sales staff were there answering our questions professionally, to the point where we felt comfortable in arranging an appointment with the designer, Jay.

From the dimensions we gave him he designed a layout and gave us a price straight away. We left the shop to consider the offer. Very unlike us, we made our mind up straight away and went back to the shop the following day to place our order. The company and staff gave us the confidence we were making the right decision.

Everything that followed only confirmed it. From the fitters who came for the initial survey, to Craig Howarth and his team who fitted the kitchen, everyone gave praiseworthy service. Angie kept us informed of the progress of the order and the kitchen was installed exactly on the day we requested. We are more than happy with the quality of the product and its installation.

We have no need to make recommendations. When our friends see the kitchen it sells itself.
Thank you to all the team at Kutchenhaus.
