The staff oriental charm hotel were very personable and gave us excellent service - to the extent of offering us a room to shower & freshen up when we returned from our 2 days trip to Halong Bay, and had to catch our overnight train service to Lao Cai that very same day. We were truly impressed by the level of service & hospitality. The hotel is newly renovated as well so the room was clean & modern in decor. A very comfortable stay and definitely a place I would recommend, and have recommended to friends travelling to Hanoi.
