LOVE HOTEL, Thaison Grand Hotel!!! I can not gush about Thaison Grand Hotel, and we travel alot, typically staying in 3 star hotels. We chose Thaison Grand Hotel because of its rating, location, and remarkable value recommended by Tripadvisor and this site, and we were not steered wrong. It is located in the heart of the old quarter ....by far the best location ( Friench quarter is too stuffy and isolated from the lively heart of the city) . It is on quite site street also with little shops.....

Just arrive at Thaison Grand Hotel, we was warmly welcome from this hotel staff. They invite us tea, coffee for welcome drink. They are really kind to show us on map where is good restaurant and cafe shop.... We are very lucky to get free upgrade to deluxe room with big window, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was great although a bit small, however we understand that this is hotel's stype at Old quater. I strong recommend this hotel for everyone.We will come back again in near future. should contact direct hotel to arrange airport pick up

Thanks for giving us a good time in your stay _ Thaison Grand Hotel, This is our sweet home for our trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. I and my husband have booked hotel for 5 nights. we have booked Halong bay with hotel and Ms Lisa give us a good chance to get a Ocean view cabin ( free of charged ) Good hotel, Good location and breakfast is really good. Whenever we came back hotel, staff always ask us with a cup of tea or coffee ( fee all day at the lobby). This is ideal hotel for traveller I and my husband will comeback this hotel if we have chance

I and my Husband have booked at Thaison Grand Hotel for 3 nights. Staff were very nice and friendly," she was one of the best person We have met in Vietnam ".They also advised on what us should pay for motorbkie taxis and where to be careful of sharks. we were invited to have lunch with the staff on two occassions ( the second time being after we had booked out of the hotel). The room was well furnished including the bathroom. It was serviced daily. The hotel is clean. we've stayed in many hotels around the world and rate this as having the friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at. Certainly not the biggest but that is it's charm. Staff organised an overnight boat trip to Ha Long Bay with a big free upgrade to ocean view cabin. It is really amazing. , booked Our bus to Hue and an air ticked to Ho Chi Minh City. we organised Our own hotel in Hue but messed the booking up. Staff sorted it within five minutes

perfect in all from staff, room, breakfast, location and services. Pick up service was very helpful and comfortable. Booking the tour via this hotel is really useful for the price and quality. The hotel is located in the old quarter, walking distance to the lake and many restaurants. the hotel facilities and cleanliness we found excellent. the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. they made us feel at home and very welcome. The staff from nighttime looking after us with politeness, efficiency and kindness. The staff was the most helpful and welcoming at any hotel I have ever been to. They arranged everything for us including a Halong Bay 2days 1 night tour. This was the nicest trip of us. Thanks Thaison Grand hotel for all!

Very helpful attentive staff. We were greeted at the hotel with a welcome drink. This included giving us a map and showing us a waking tour to see the best sites and which taxi companies we could trust. Hotel restaurant was fantastic- had a lovely space and delicious food. We booked Halong bay tour for 3days 2nights in next day, but in that morning we have a lot of belongings so we didn’t want to take together and they said we could put our luggage at hotel and don’t worry about losing it. We had breakfast then tour guide picked us up at hotel to go to Halong Bay. We had an extremely excellent time in Hanoi and Halong bay. Thank you for free and warm time. That's good ideal for anyone finding 3 tar hotel with best service.

I had 3days at Thaison grand hotel this month. Every thing is so good with the nice place, from here I could go to the Hoankiem lake and old quarter with close distance, staff is so friendly and professional. Room is clean and tidy, breakfast with good taste. I have 2days 1nite trip for Halong tour, that is the best time in Hanoi Vietnam that I have had. thank you and surely I will come back here soon

I regularly come back Hanoi every year and I always choose Thaison Grand for my staying. It is really good hotel! Mr Henry - the reception was friendly, informative and helpful. He gave us a city map with hotel card when we were going outside, helped us to get a taxi and giving some tips when traveling in the city by ourselves. that was great and very useful. Thanks to his advice, We were never cheated by taxi driver, we could buy souvenir with very good price. The room was so nice, not over large but perfectly suitable for a weekend (1 night) break. It was comfortable with excellent facilities, lovely bathroom and generous sized shower. The room was spotlessly clean - how do you get your mirrors and surfaces absolutely smear free. The breakfast offered a wide choice and the quality was very good. Set us up well for our days out as t.he hotel is ideally situated for theatres and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend to friends and family.
