I stayed at the Radisson Blu Edwardian on Mercer Street, Covent Garden, for one night to celebrate my wedding anniversary. It's in a brilliant location, just round the back of Covent Garden, away from the 'full on' touristy areas, but within a few minutes walk of everything you could want. We went to the theatre and ate at The Ivy - both of which were less than 5 minutes walk away (lucky, as it rained very heavily!). The actual hotel is elegant and has a few funky touches - the staff were excellent and the room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. It's central london, so you're not going to get huge rooms or a massive swimming pool complex but if you're looking for a great hotel in central london then I'd highly recommend you check out this little gem. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for in Central London I think.
