Magic Villa Venecia Hotel Benidorm

Stayed there August 2015 not suitable for British families most staff were very rude the room we were given was awful air conditioning unit held together by tape broke down 2nd day shower was broken reported it straight away they never bothered responding at all my son managed to fix the air conditioning luckily! Food was basic at best cold most of the time the entertainment was in spanish and awful even though we were all inclusive we went out every night to get away from there worst place we've ever stayed unless your spanish you won't get a good reception would never return there

June 2008 was the first time I went with a friend. For us to go to this hotel was good. The food was good, the staff were great and where the pub was situated on the mauin strip was fantastic! Would definately go back again!
