I had a fairly good experience in the store, but it went downhill from there. The original delivery didn't arrive on the day agreed, the logistics company said the label had fallen off my pallet and there was no way of tracing me or my address. I'd taken the day off work to receive it so it wasn't good, I found the logistics company less than sympathetic -hard to deal with. When the delivery finally came, the driver had lost the invoice so I couldn't sign it off. When I did later check some of the packages, a few of them were damaged at the ends, the flooring was split and chipped. The packages of flooring were very poorly wrapped -there is no end protection. I called Wood and Beyond who noted my complaint but had a 48 hour delay on processing complaints/ queries after sale. I found that strange as I could have bought more flooring immediately, but not got a service response. Two days later W&B got back and offered some replacement flooring, I received a smaller pack (some of those damaged were long boards) I mailed back to request a long board replacement but received no reply. I wouldn't use this company again.
