I have tried to cancel membership as I am due to relocate. After being told that a months notice is needed have now been told it is 7 weeks as I need to pay for the full whole month as I didn't cancel before the end of the month.
Contacted by their central team today and asked to send proof of my new address. How insulting! I have been a member for years and this is how they respond? I want to leave and they should accept that is my right. However this shows they don't give a stuff about customers, just their cash.
They only seem to contact you to sell stuff/get your friends through the door so they can hard sell them.
The staff at Chester seem great n friendly, shame the company isn't.
