PLANET FITNESS HUMILIATION AND GRIEF

if I could give PLANET FITNES a zero, I would. Place is always packed. They don't really enforce cleaning the machines by the patrons. There few ab machines and most of the machines are worn out from years of abuse. I canceled because my new place had a new gym and was less packed. It took 3 months to cancel. Payed off balance with new credit card and cancelled. The next month they charged my new credit card for membership. Had to go back to again cancel my membership and notify my credit card company that they didn't have authorization to charge my card. Then they had a nerve to send me a bill because I didn't cancel in time the month before. Talk about incompetence.. Despite the fact I cancelled 2 months before, they had the nerve to say THAT!!!

BTW:. The way they treated me the last time was as if I was an imbecile for being ticked off about having to fight a bill for a third time,. I never felt more furious for being put into a position to have to go back there and they barely even bothered to look at the paperwork.. Why make me come down if u could have done it over phone? Especially if u can see my file and see I already cancelled?. To have fun at my expense and waste my time??

IF U GO HERE, DON'T GIVE THEM UR CREDIT CARD INFO'. OTHERWISE WHEN U TRY TO LEAVE, THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING UR CARD!!! Had to go back 2x's and it wasn't for my health'. If anything it added to my stress.
