I've owned a pro rider golf trolley for the past 16 months and for the first year it was a decent trolley. After about 14 months (2 months out of warranty)the 36 hole battery wouldn't even do 18 holes, but luckily I had a spare so didn't bother complaining. But my main gripe was when I went on a three day golf trip and on the first course of the three to be played the axle snapped on the 3rd hole.
On my return I called pro rider to report what had happened but they said that they had none in stock and that it would be about a fortnight, I left them my contact details so they could let me know but after two weeks I called again and was told they'd be another week, I waited another 2 weeks before contacting them and was told they would send me a new model axle but that it was easy to fit at a cost of thirty eight pounds, which I thought was rather expensive just for a steel bar.
The axle was a bit of a pain to fit as well, you have to smash out the locking pin that drives the axle as the new model is just held in place by a ball bearing and a grub screw, they also didn't send the dowel pins that fit on the ends that the wheels lock onto.
All in all, not very happy having to deal with this after only 16 months.
