I set up a DD at the beginning of March 2013 and received a letter that this had been done, didn't realise a date for this was not on there.. on the 25/3/13 I rang and asked why he said "that this happens and that 2 months would be taken out?" I asked would I get be charged? and he replied no. Today I have received a statement including £12.50 for arrears! and was told that I should of made a manual payment as it takes 6-8weeks for a DD to be set up! there is no mention of this anywhere, and apparently that is not what was said on the log. Ans they keep saying hold the line.. hold the line didn't realise it is a premium rate call, when I called last time he kept doing ythis now I know why! bad reviews about studio date back years why are they allowed to continue? DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. I work in a prison and this is where they should be!'s Response to capecrusader's Review
