I must have been one of the last ones to sell with them before they sold it to another estate agents and I was really worried as i paid my money and i couldn't get anyone on the phone to do anything. Since then its been much better and the girl I have been dealing with is excellent. She has really helped and done everything i asked. We got more viewings and an offer and would definately use her again.

Service is poor!! No one speaks to you!!! They take your money and forget about you. I thought i was saving a fortune but in all honesty they have cost me more as they are useless.

Now i need to pay out for an estate agents after they have ripped me off!!

Please please please avoid at all costs!!!

Bite the bullet pay a little extra and use an eatate agents.

Everything done via online and no one will contact or speak to you. If u have a problem they want u to email them and the dnt contact you.

The company should be reported as they take your money and do nothing to help you!!

Please don't part with your hard-earned cash to these people. Two people running lots of businesses in a tiny office. Obviously been writing their own 'Excellent' reviews so take them with a pinch of salt.

If you want to cancel a package and done a bank transfer already; good luck in receiving your money back.

They have just taken my property off Rightmove and they do not use the site any more. So my property is not on the UK's largest website. I emailed them and they said they are still on the site BUT NO YOU ARE NOT.

Shocking company to deal with no customer service, they are an online company BUT hide behind the net. Do not sell with these guys if you want to sell.

Staff treat you like a piece of dirt on their shoe, the old lady in the office is so cheeky she also seems to work for survey scotland in their Edinburgh office confused.com?! Anyway they took my money and then said they didn't. Had to get the fraud team at the bank involved and reported their behaviour.

I'd like to thank home sale online for their time and support during the sale of my house. Their advice was spot on and communication was excellent.

Fantastic service. I had a terrible experience with a local agent and decided I needed a different approach. Came across Home Sale Online who looked reasonably priced and offered me good exposure on the websites.

HSO offered a good standard of customer service. They took a lot of care in my advert and offered me good advice. The staff were pleasant and seem well trained. Nice people to deal with.

After 8 months with another agent and just the 1 viewing we switched to homesaleonline. The difference was apparent straight away. Within the first three weeks, we had taken 4 viewings and received a written offer. The sale concluded earlier this month. Delighted.
