He is an excellent instructor with loads of experience. He was calm and patient, accommodating with extra classes and was always on time. I had to take my tests a few times and all of them were because my nerves acted up the day of the test. However, he was always encouraging and would always put me at ease saying ‘chin up!’. He recognised the areas I needed more practise and we worked towards those areas. It is all thanks to him and his helpful tips and tricks that I aced my test with just two minors. I will surely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn and pass their driving test. He’s the best!

Brilliant, calming experience. Excellent instructor full of helpful, relatable anecdotes. Thoroughly enjoyable experience for something usually nerve-racking. Nice calm drives with brush ups on manoeuvres whenever pleases the pupil. All round great service. Couldn't of wished for a more pleasant experience. Thank you 1st driving school!

I initially was with AA driving school and suffered from a bad accident due to my driving instructors negligence. After building up the courage to finally start driving again. He is the perfect driving instructor for anyone but especially those who haven't had a great experience previously. After only around 5 and a half months of driving with him doing 2 hours a week I was more confident than ever before and I passed my driving test first time. He was a real help, really patient and very reliable. He is also friendly which really helped in making me feel comfortable. I would recommend him for driving again and I hope in a few weeks to do some motorway driving with him.

I took driving lessons with an instructor from 1st Driving School for a period of 8 weeks, at a rate of 4 hours a week. He has been extremely helpful, thorough and patient. I would have never passed my exam so quickly if not for his methodical approach to teaching. I highly recommend 1st Driving School, but also specifically the instructor himself.
