Lucy enjoyed her stay,play & training

I found out about Royvon on the internet, it was not the only one in my area but there was something that appealed to me. Having read some good reviews about Royvon I decided to ring and inquire. Linzi was very helpful and non judgemental so I decided to book Lucy in for the 3 week 3* residential training. I was anxious about leaving my very spoilt 2 year old spaniel cross dog who had no manners, but worryingly was anxious around people her behaviour had become unpredictable. Every opportunity to slip her harness so would and would run and run until she was worn out!
On the morning I met Lucy's trainer, he was very reassuring and kind to us. I drove home wondering if I had done the right thing!
We were kept up to date with phonecalls, texts and we particularly looked forward to seeing her on facebook each afternoon. The training video he made was great as it helped me know what was expected of me too when Lucy returned home.
Lucy became very fond of him and responded really well, completing her training. She has been home a few days now and she is trying to forget her manners and push the boundaries. He has been great always willing to reassure me how to continue with the ongoing training. We have 6 months after care when we can go back for a advice etc.
The only negative thing was that I didn't realise that the price quoted didn't include VAT!!
