I have finally cancelled my Sky TV, having being a subscriber for very many years. Reasons are as follows:-
1. Far too many ads. Why should I have to pay for all this wasted time?
2. Far to many repeats.
3. Much content has been dumbed down to an unacceptable level.
4. I can get 90% plus of what I want on Free to Air / Saorview.
5. Sky is not a friendly company to deal with.
6. Customer service lines can take a very long time to answer.
7. Sky account cancellation procedures are cumbersome, rigid and wasted a lot of my time.
