I started the Tesco Diet in February 2013 hoping to loose 20 pounds, I lost an average of 1.5 pound a week and by the time I went away on holiday for a week in May had lost over a stone and people were beginning to ask if I had lost weight. I have tried several diets over the years and the ones I paid for cost much more and I got fed up of the menus after a month, they were boring and too restricted and I didn't loose much weight, not so with the Tesco diet. The fact that you can replace the whole meal so easily with another by using the 'Quick Swap' button or choosing from an extensive list is brilliant, you even have a drop down box to replace some items with something you like better and there are some excellent recipes too which I will continue to use when I have finished the diet. I maintained my weight over the summer, I had so many social occasions that I decided to maintain my weight then start again in the autumn. Because I liked the meals so much I pretty much chose to eat the ones I liked but not really follow the plan and I only put 4 pounds on from May to October. I am now back on week one of the diet and loosing weight again. The support is EXCELLENT, someone is always there to offer advice by e-mail. This is not a quick fix diet but a VERY healthy way to diet, easy to follow, interesting meals and excellent support, I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others, even my husband has lost weight and he "doesn't do dieting" I make him the same meals as me but larger, he doesn't even know he's been on a diet!
