Keeping track of every mouthful is a mission, and requires motivation and discipline.
The website & app really makes it as easy as possible, as quick as possible: scan your food, quickly weigh it if necessary and log it.
At the end of the day you get a clear picture of what you've consumed, and how well that compares to the target diet.
A weekly overview is also provided, which allows for the odd oversight and excess: one day will compensate for another.
The drawback of course is that everything needs to be checked and logged: a little time consuming.
It is possible to plan ahead, by grouping items and copying them on subsequent days: if you eat the same breakfast you don't have to keep entering those details.
It doesn't take the sting out of dieting: that's still boring and hard work.
But it makes it quite a bit easier.
