Disappointed customer

Visited your new store BHS Milton Keynes stadium yesterday 22/2/2013 with my parents my mother in her seventies cannot walk too far so we decided to visit the restaurant so she could be seated, twenty mins later when we finally got served ordered coffee and toast , there were two staff members behind the counter 1 round of toast came out and I was told the others would follow ............... 10 mins later the other toast arrived to find it was all brown bread which was not stated when we ordered my father cannot eat brown bread. In between I went to the counter twice to let them know there was no cutlery and when we finally left there was still NO CUTLERY on top of that the coffee was cold.............What a waste of time and money.
Then my mother needed to use the ladies so I decided to look around the store only to find my mother so distressed as she had been looking for me as on entering the ladies she was told unless she had a receipt she could not use them..............I had the receipt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand as you are so close to the football stadium you have to be careful but shouldn't this be stated within the store.
What started out as a nice day to be able to take my parents out turned out to be a nightmare.
Never again will I enter that store.
