I tried to book tickets online. Before I completed transaction my session timed out. Spoke to them the next day and they blamed bank. Phoned again and was promised by an agent that he would fax my bank. 5 days on I speak to bank and they did nothing. They have £81 of my money that I have to wait a week for to be returned. They admitted that this time out happens a lot but the have no idea what to do about it.
I have also had problems with the local Harlow branch. My daughters and friends went to see Harry Potter. They were told that there were a few seats left and so I bought their tickets. They later told me that they had to sit on the floor because the cinema was full. People were buying tickets for another film and then sneaking in to see HP. I asked where were the ushers and they say they have none, so this means that we can let our children go to the cinema to see a child's film and yet nobody will stop them if they walk into a 15 or higher film. They are the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
