I have been to both Bill Granger locations in Sydney. There is one on Liverpool and another on Cleavland, which the one I frequented most often as I lived in the area. Pretty much without exception the food that I have had there is top notch. The famous Ricotta hot cakes are yummy but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I often went for the Sweetcorn frittas which come with Bacon and, at an extra cost (but worth it) avocado salsa. I have also had the club sandwich which was one of the best I have ever had! Awesome sourdough bread. The only negative really is the price. The full Ozzie breafast that I had was $24 (i think) and really not worth the money. The other items that I have mentioned above range from $15-18 and this is just about bearable because of the great quality of the food. Good tip - Try and get an outdoor table and watch the world go by in Surrey Hills!
