I Visited Broadlane Leisure Kenilworth On Sunday To Get My Calor Gas Bottle Exchanged !!!. The Place Was Shut Even Though The Sign At The Gate States Theye Are Open On Sunday In Winter ?????. After Leaving My Family Cold Without Heat I Went Again On Monday With The Website Saying OPEN!!!!. I Get There To Be Told I Can’t Sell You A Bottle Refill As We Are Doing A Stock Take !!!????. Welll What A Shambles Of A Useless Company I Would Suggest People Who Want A Decent Service They Go Elsewhere As This Place Can’t Even Have Up To Date CORRECT Signs Outside There Business????? And An Up To Date Website So People Don’t Drive Miles And Waste Money On Petrol To Find You Cannot Access What You Go There For. WASTE OF TIME COMPANY ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This service department is not to be trusted After many things supposedly fixed during warranty to break again on first time usage afterwards is a bodge it and decline all responsibility afterwards on all warranty works. The brakes and drum bodge it put my life and that of my family at risk with the car banging into the caravan on the start of second trip after its yearly service. I think it’s reasonable to assume that after service the brakes were good for more than a trip from Birmingham to Yorkshire. When looked at by another company the brake pads had started to decompose and drums were scoured beyond recognition. Ironically the same thing had happened to another caravan we know that was also serviced by Broadlane, again responsibility was denied We won’t be using the service department again or buying a new caravan from them either as any new purchase would have to be serviced by them under warranty Terrible company to deal with

We bought a brand new Swift caravan last March. Pre sale service was great. Picked caravan up in June and travelled to Scotland for 2 1/2 months. 28 faults with the van. Long story Swift blame dealer dealer blames Swiftour loyalty was with Broadlane as this was our 4th van purchased from them. Long story over delays in repairs. Broadlane lent us cushions so we could have a short break, but our van was with them from Oct to end of November, only because we raised delay in getting van right was it ready then. Final straw came when we remember catagoritly a tracker was fitted to the van but found out it didn't and Broadlane said we were wrong. We've recommended them to friends and our daughter was looking to buy a new campervan from them as we'd always had great service from them. At no point have they apoligised. We cancelled tracker fitting and service with them. Will never use them or recommend them. We have written to both directors and wait to see if we get a response nothing from them so far. Find somewhere that offers after sales service Broad Lane have forgotten what it is.

Would not recommend this company. Strongly advise seeking legal advice before signing any document. Money lost to this company after refusing to accept a damaged (brand new ) caravan. Hope they can sleep at night.

Sent my 2018 caravan to be serviced, I asked for the door lock to be repaired as the door did not open (common hartel door problem) but they did not have time to look at so returned with my caravan door not working. Told the mains cable form my fridge had moved over the heat exchanger so told not to use my fridge as it was a fire hazard. The other common problem of a swift floating front end had occurred but they refused to fix it under warranty as they don't fix vans they have not sold! I am looking to change to a new van but would rather drive 50 miles to another dealer than give hem any more business. At least they won't have the problem of ever having to service my caravan again! Looking at reviews they seem very marmite either your lucky and they look after you or they have no interest and your business annoys them.

Would never use these again. When buying the van they was great. But we sent the caravan in for warranty work and the work looks rushed and wasn’t finished properly at all. Screws not doin up because the hole was to big. The blinds not closing because they was fitted wrong( see picture of how much I’ve moved it over). And also the silicone was poorly put and that was trying to cover rubbish cut line. And on top of it all that they had it over 4 months. Very disappointed and would not recommend The owner has contacted me admitting that the caravan was rushed.

I have got to be honest this has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The service up to buying the caravan out right for cash was amazing but once the transaction had been completed then become the disaster, disappointments and stories from BroadLane leisure. If you decide to buy a camper or Caravan I would 100% recommend you get an independent expert to check the vehicle for damp. Do not at any point rely on them to be honest about a damp report. I know someone who paid 14,000 pounds for there Caravan and had it independently checked one year later just to be told that the amount of rot and damp in the caravan had to of been there at least 2 to 3 years. Unreliable, never returned phone calls, Lost service records when you have paid 250 pound for the service.

Excellent purchase experience, and aftersales service. All staff are friendly, approachable, and helpful, in particular the person I dealt with who is the consummate professional and looked after me so well. Having searched locally for decent service, I travelled 175 miles to Alcester and it was well worth it. Try them, you'll not be disappointed!

Alcester branch are all very well and good when you are sat there with £1000 to spend on a awning, couldn't do enough to help shame the same cannot be said about there aftercare! The awning leaked from day one ... first excuse " it needs to be weathered" ok valid point give it a while .. second excuse after all my furniture is wet through AGAIN ... " the problem is the needle is much bigger than the thread so it gets in through there, try seam dealer on it "... ok bought Seam sealer ..applied.. still it leaks .. next excuse "are you sure it's not condensation? " ... 40 years of caravanning I think I know what condensation looks like!!! And how to avoid it... so ok bring it to us we will sort it... 3 weeks later .. kampa won't test it ... it was damp (are you kidding me) it's an awning it goes up outside not indoors!!! ... next excuse " we have PRESSURE washed it and no leaks" (so we are liars now) ... so have your leaking awning back and have a nice day hope you are HAPPY ... well let me tell you I am far from happy and I will never buy anything from Broadland or Kampa again!

Sales staff at Alcester branch cannot make decisions but have to revert to the owner. I was prepared to purchase a new Caravan and we were £50 different on the net cost, the deal included my caravan in PX. I was allowed to leave the showroom with a promised of a call the next day, one way or another, after the owners input into the proposed transaction. It never happened!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I did secure a better deal elsewhere!

We went to the Alcester branch to look at what caravans they had, we were there for 3 quarters of an hour and no one came up and spoke, then we went in to the shop and there were a few staff around talking amongst themselves and ignoring us. We won't be back!!!

I e mailed this company twice asking if they could waiver the postage charge of £7,50 on Ebay on a Isabella camping table I was interested in buying as most other company's did not charge but I could not find any others available. After 2 days of waiting for a reply I rang and was put through to a man on the Isabella section. I explained the situation and asked if he could waiver the postage charge on a £103 table to which I received a response of NO and no other response explaining his reasoning. I was taken aback a little and after a awkward silence I asked if the product price could be negotiated and again got a take it or leave it attitude. In principal I would not buy anything from this company. I have since sourced the table from a more helpful company who were very helpful. very disappointed.

Spent the past few weeks researching lightweight porch awnings. Having decided on a Kampa Rally Pro 260, we sercched Preloved and e-bay for little used Kampas but with. Joy. We e-mailed Broadland leisure, Alcester overnight and by early today, Benn from the Awning Department replied with an offer that we had to seriously consider on a 2014 model! What superb service! Benn is a credit to Broad Lane Leisure! We had vidited the showroom earlier this yesr and found staff most helpful at that time too. We did try them for a part ex on our Coachman Pastiche for a VIP earlier in the year. From today's experience, it's very likely that we will give them another opportunity to quote when next we consider changing our Coachman! Well done Broad Lane Leisure! You are undoubtedly a credit to the caravan retail trade!

Having been into caravanning for the past 8 years we decided to upgrade our ageing Sterling model with something a little newer and after a visit to Broadlane the sales team were both helpful and reassuring in our choice of a brand new Swift Danette. The hand over was excellent and every aspect of the new van was explained in detail, the whole experience was enjoyable and I would recommend Broadlane without hesitation.A huge thank you from both me,my wife and my two boys!!

The 2014 Clubman SB was our chosen caravan but we were concerned that previous years Clubmans had a few issues notably with the heating and the front windows. Broad Lane were able to give good assurances that previous defects had been rectified and explained the modifications to us. From initial enquiry through to PDI and collection, all staff encountered were helpful, thoughtful and courteous.. Yes we had some minor niggles with the van but we parked up on a local site and the excellent customer after sales team came to our rescue and gave us their personal contact details to call on them until we were satisfied. As a result we feel pleased with the overall transaction and love our new Lunar Clubman SB. Broad Lane took our Abbey 416 in part exchange and gave a generous deal and took on warranty repairs courtesy of Swift and despite further repairs identified at hand over stuck to their original deal having first liaised with Swift so as not to worry us. I thought that was very considerate and non confrontational on their part and was appreciated by my wife and I. The after sales technicians though were the stars of the show as their personal dedication to good customer service was exemplary.
