Before sale to collection

Never had a caravan before and never heard of Wandahome as they are on the opposite side of the country. First came in contact at the caravan show at the NEC last October. We looked at a lot of caravans and a few dealers and to be fair they were all decent but the salesman at Wandahome listened to what we wanted, gave us advice and then showed us to the perfect caravan for us. Explained everything very patiently to us and gave us a very attractive deal on one of their upgraded spec Swift Corniche range to think about. We still went to talk to other dealers but came back to Wandahome and placed our order. After a few days we received a confirmation and some more details by letter from a very pleasant woman who we later spoke to several times on the phone before finally being advised that our caravan was available for collection. From start to finish our dealings with Wandahome have been pleasant, stress free and professional. Collection was equally enjoyable and once again as new caravanners Wandahome staff made sure we understood our new caravan. And not to be missed they also provided the best coffee ever whilst we tied up those last minute details.
