Prices are competitive for new clients, but renewals and customer service can be better

We understand how frustrating it can be when your circumstances change and you want to cancel before your policy starts. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday Closed, Bank Hols 9am-5pm you will find our customer service number located on your motor welcome pack, and they’ll be able to sort your cancellation and refund quickly for you.
We’re also sorry that the chat bot wasn’t able to direct you where you needed — your feedback on this is really helpful, and we’ll make sure it’s passed on.

First of all my insurance has been paid for but the actual policy does not start

When a policy is purchased in advance, the payment is taken at the point of sale, but your cover still starts on the date you selected. We understand it can feel early, and we’ll make sure your comments are passed on for review. Regarding auto-renewal, we include this to help ensure there’s no gap in insurance. You can remove auto-renewal at any point once the policy is active, and our team is always happy to help with this. You’ll also receive your renewal documents in plenty of time so you can compare prices and decide what works best for you. As for surveys, we send them early so we can understand how your purchase experience went, but we completely understand your point — your thoughts on how we can improve are genuinely helpful. £25 charge for doing nothing
