The only questions I would ask is that Budget should be more open with customers.
Having to wait until the last moment before getting a renewal quote is unfair.
Ok, it was a good quote for me but if only I had it a week or two earlier.
The other is the confusion of who I am insured with. Budget seem reluctant to tell me and this creates a mistrust I feel.
"Fingers crossed," I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side.
Hopefully, I will not.
