I am astonished how this outfit is allowed to trade. They haven't given a second thought about ripping off my elderly parents who rely on a car to attend hospital appointments, collect prescriptions and do their weekly shop. They bought a car that presented with problems within 30 miles of leaving the showroom. The car has been sat on their drive for over 4 months with Happy motor company ignoring all communications from the courts. The mileage was considerably higher than advertised and there are questions over the validity of the MOT. The Happy motoring company have only added to my parents turmoil by lying and ignoring all attempts at communication to find a resolution. My parents have been left feeling totally cheated and the companys attempts to intimidate my elderly mother over the phone have left her feeling unnecessarily vulnerable.

DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY - we have since come across very bad reviews for The happy motoring company and would strongly advise you do your homework. BUYER BEWARE

Happy motor company are a rip off company, bought a car from them after 8 weeks gear box broke, now am left with a car that is not worth the money, no customer service, rude and arrogant babooms!!!
