DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I asked for a exchange under the approved used scheme. I was rudely spoken too. Just had a very unpleasant experience. However the matter has been dealt with, as my complaint result was an apology. The matter is closed now. Will I recommend this dealership? NO. Next time I will go back to Toyota, as their customer approach is far more professional and organised. Mercedes experience was the worst experience I have ever had. It is as shame. However I should not judge the standards of Mercedes Benz. That is the level of which you feel is correct. Disrespecting, chastising and impling customers as being liars is what Mercedes brand stands for. That will not change. It is a shame I bought a car still under warranty, as I have to experience the Mercedes dealership in future. I am now considering selling my car, so I do not have to deal with the Bedford dealership again.

Service From A Prestige Dealer That You'd Expect From
We purchased a new Mercedes from this dealarship before, so we expected great service -BUT...
My wife purchased a C250 from this dealer. They plated the car incorrectly as a Peugeot 208. My wife and children had been driving around in the car for week before I spotted the problem.The risk of a £1,000 fine from police or problems if she had had an accident.
Their response - treating my wife very condescendingly, threatening their "legal team", no returned calls, not even a simple sorry.
"Passionate about customer service", don't believe it try their competitors, Stratstone, Lookers, Williams there's plenty of choice.
