Following a major accident when the other driver a Doctor was injured my car was repaired over 5 weeks, I reported brake failure at the time, 3 years on 3 services and 5 weeks of repairs I discover major front disc damage which indicates both inner pads had been incorrectly fitted. Swansway discovered the fault after I went back with brake issues, they secretly simply fitted the pads back on the slides and sent me away with brakes at 50% to cover up VW sabotage and Swansway not doing the servicing because they charged my Insurance for a full corner including brake hub which I now know a lie.
