I was after a Volvo, I rang Wigan and was really impressed with the service and sales manner, not pushy but enthusiastic and keen to help. After experiencing the couldn't care less attitude of my local Arnold Clark branch, this was very refreshing. I was a couple of hours drive from Wigan, when I arrived the car and paperwork was already and the relaxed but helpful atmosphere was still present. When I left the final words were, " any problem give me a ring" and I felt that was very genuine and could be relied upon.

The whole experience was quite different to the 'usual' used car sales. Not only were the staff pleasant and professional to deal with-but there was NO 'hard sell'! We were given all the information we required and then received adequate time on our own to discuss the vehicle and reflect on the purchase. After buying the car the minor jobs that were needed were dealt with, with the same courtesy and efficiency (aftersales).
