Bought a mini convertible for £7995 and in less than a month it had a catastrophic dangerous breakdown. I took it to local garage and the list of problems were immense but the basics like no oil or coolant were there which demonstrated they don’t check their cars. The reason my car came to a sudden stop was the fuel filter and sensor needed replacing which my garage quoted £150 plus labour. Nene Vale suggested I go back to him as it was a “£10 fix” in other words a bodge job. We asked him to buy it back for 90% of the original sale price but didn’t hear back from him. It was sadly traded in for £2700. He totally mugged us so I woukd definitely avoid them.

Bought a car July 2016, 3 weeks later clutch and dmf went, consumer rights 2015 breached as the dealer will not refund us even though the car is not fit for use (cannot drive it!) please do not use if you want a decent car go somewhere else! Please read everyone else's reviews on this garage, we are not alone!

nene vale first caught my eye as i was looking for a bmw 1 series and they were local to me and also the bmw was a great price compared to other local garages very friendly and helpful i did have a problem with the Tire going flat but they fixed it within 20mins would recomend to anyone

I bought a lovely Audi estate car from this firm after months of searching for the right spec and right price. I was able to ring nene vale and reserve the car in the week as I was only able to get to the garage at the weekend. The lady on the phone was ever so pleasant and when I arrived at the garage on the Saturday the car was all cleaned, serviced, mot and ready to go. before I left I spoke with the manager of the garage and the mechanic these too were very helpful and pleasant. I'm so happy with the car and will definitely recommend and use them again :-)

had an awful experience with them, an awful company and awful service. I would never recommend anyone to use them, completely unprofessional attitudes. tons of better dealers about.
