“Worst customer service ”

Wouldn’t recommend. The customer service reception was awful, as it was my first time coming to Mercedes-Benz to service my car and I was really disappointed the way the guy was talking to me and patronising me about me not having my driving license with me. I pay a lot of money to come to Mercedes-Benz dealership to get a professional service and great experience but I want to cancel the care plan after this experience. I have asked to speak with the manager of service reception but been told that he is the manager, so I have asked to speak with his manager or supervisor but he was not available at the time, I have been told that he is going to contact me the same day, but it has been 8 days and nothing yet.

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE”

Honestly, what an awful experience with Mercedes Benz in Colindale. My car was recalled for a seat belt safety issue in May, I made an appointment back in May and I dropped the car like they asked and paid for an uber back! After having the car for almost the entire day; they called me to say the car part was ordered incorrectly and after complaining they dropped my car back to me, and I was promised a call back within two weeks when the part arrives in stock, since then I've called over 6 times to see if the part is back in stock and every time I get promised someone would call me back YET NOT ONE CALLS BACK! This is a safety issue and yet no action is taken from Mercedes side to take this seriously! I'm honestly so fed up with chasing them that I've left you bad reviews on every single possible website that would accept me writing reviews! and I'm making a formal complaint about this to you and I expect action to be taken!!!! I just spoke to your customer service advisor who said no one had ordered the part in and that he's booked me for the 5th of December in but I need to bring the car in myself if I WANT to get it fixed! which is an absolute joke! I have a text message from the colindale branch promising me a pickup and dropoff service and I don't care if you have to hire someone to do this! but I am not wasting a single moment more of my precious time on this! I expect someone to call me and arrange a car collection and drop off and I expect to hear back from you guys!

“Never buy any car from collindale branch ”

My strongly advise to all the new buyers, do not buy your car from Mercedes Benz collindale branch, management is irresponsible, rude and only focus on selling. After selling for them customer will go to hell. I bought the car from them, given me faulty car. Completely miss-sold me and made my income loss. Didn't provided me courtesy car and nearly 2 weeks no one contacted me to resolve the issue. If you want to save your time and stress. Then go for another dealer. Don't wast your energy and time.

“Fantastic ”

I took my Merc sprinter for repairs. All done in 1 day and under warranty. Very professional. I was worried sick for days before it went in. They took all the worry away. The loan vehicle was a van so I didn’t need to take the full day off work. I would highly recommend mb Colindale. Thanks.

“DO NOT GO TO COLINDALE MERCEDES ”

My Mercedes went in for repair on the motor spray for my wipers. My car was dropped back on the same day and my wipers completely stopped working front and back! Bearing in mind both were working just fine before it was taken. They did not bother to top up the wiper liquid even though this was full when handed in and my car came back filthy ! Extremely disappointed to say the least, the driver was not able to assist me and referred us back to Mercedes ! For such an expensive car you would expect the repairs to be carried out and then some, this is not the first time customer service at the Colindale Mercedes has been terrible ! Do not take your Mercedes to the Colindale dealership.

“Diabolical & Diabolical !”

Took my Smart car for a service last week. Only had it 10 days prior I'm always very thorough at checking my car. As i had, the following day (after the service) booked in - for detailing, at a detail specialist. The weekend prior to service, had an initial check ( four eye check) at the specialist detailer , we went round the car, noting down all scrapes / scratches etc and the work needed . Took the car for the service , once again a quick look round the car and they took their customary video. Got the car back , in the evening, noticed a dent. I raised this with them immediately and they totally denied it was their fault. As it was dark, i reluctantly took the car and checked again in the am with the detailer specialist ( he also claimed that was not there) . I went back to Mercedes, asking to view the video . They wouldn't let me (data protection ) but they said it was evident on the video. I asked again to see the video, they again refused. So i asked for a still picture ( by mobile) they refused to take my phone. But reluctantly , my service handler, did produce a still to show me. she then claimed as the car was dirty, it was not clear but apparently, my service handler and her supervisor, could see the dent. I could not categorically see anything at all, yes it was dirty - but that does not mean , there was a dent there. I told my service handler, i'd lodged a complaint that day. she assured me, someone would get back to me in two working days. I looked on the Mercedes website , which said 5 days for complaints ,so i gave them 7 days including weekend. I Still have not heard one word from them. The detailer repaired the dent . at an extra cost of £120 .

“Not worth the trouble”

We were unfortunate enough to purchase a nearly new car a month ago from this showroom. We have had nothing but issues with the car that supposedly went trough rigorous checks before being sold. We still do not have our car even though we spent nearly £20K. It is still being fixed supposedly but no-one will respond to our calls or update us. The list of issues with the car and the incompetence shown by the staff is too long to list. This showroom is clearly an insult to the name Mercedes and I would advise anyone to save themselves a lot of trouble and choose an alternative credible retailer.

“what a waste of a day”

Came in to pick up my car after it was serviced. After bringing it back moments after leaving as they'd messed something up. Ive now spent 1 hour and 45 minutes in total here. I'm still not told what's the latest with my car. The woman helping me was very polite and obviously not her fault but this garage seriously need to sort their sh out. People who are meant to be doing simple sh like drive my car around to the mechanic and busy doing sweet fa, chatting to their colleagues. Pathetic. Definitely not coming back here

“Bad Service”

Had my car in for service today, though I booked it for a certain fixed time I have to wait endlessly before being attended to. Now I just been told that I can not get the car back today because of some investigation that should not take more than 20 minutes on diagnosis system (hopefully they have it). Service adviser called to say the car will be looked at the following morning, and when I called back within a period of less than 10 mins (because of holding on their phone) that I needed to collect the car, I was told that its been taken to workshop and its being worked on. But I was told 10 mins earlier that they will take it to the workshop tomorrow. From the moment I stepped into the service hall, I noticed how poor quality their services is. I choose Mercedes Colindale because "My Service" proposed it was the nearest Mercedes garage to me. Bad choice, it better to go farthest for quality service.

“Just Awful !”

This is the place to go if you want the worst service ever !Right from the beginning when you walk in to buy a new car and everyone ignores you, I realised that I could never buy a new car from here and did not. However, when the car repeatedly breaks down and it is towed in to Colindale you don't have any option other than to be kept waiting on the phone ( for over an hour on one occasion ), or cut off or they don't have the common decency to ring you back. When eventually the car came out after having the boot mechanism ' fitted' the lining looked like it had been cut with a Chainsaw and had not been put back on properly and there was a dent in the side of the car. Then the car developed a rattle on the dashboard and again after holding on for 45 mins their service department quoted me a 3 month lead time for someone to look at it ( let alone fix it ! )- This was on a brand new car that cost best part of 40K. Mercedes in Stoke came and collected the car and fixed everything and did a great job !! So, don't even consider buying a car from Colindale Mercedes and certainly never get your car serviced there. There should be the ability not to put any stars on the rating !

Just came of the telephone to mercedes Colindale for the third time today left 2messages with the so called overflow team(what's that all about) & left a message with the dealer receptionist. Still not had the courtesy to contact me. Last spoke to service executive last Friday as car waiting on water pump ( bog standard part)today is Wednesday its been over 2 weeks now. Don't know when I will get to use my car again. I defiantly won't be using mercedes Colindale again......

“Car Service”

Brand new car booked for a service. It came back driving so poor. The report had a lot of ticks on what had been done and checked. Funny how the First Aid kit was checked if it was out of date and ticked as a mark was fine given it was sitting at my house!. Did these people just tick the service report but DO Nothing to the car. Avoid this Mercedes Garage complete poor service and on top of that car came back driving poor with functions of the car not operating that worked perfectly fine before the car went in for service!.

Same here. Backup camera or parking sensors not working. Also lied to saying they had fixed a fault when they hadn’t. No one calling back to arrange recitification of faults. Abysmal!

We Recently purchased a new Mercedes Benz GLA and from the outset the most important thing to the salesman was to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the process and specification of our vehicle. We were kept well informed of delivery dates and were even sent a video presentation of our vehicle prior to purchase and one on handover too! Friendly staff who looked after us very well from start to finish. I will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a quality car

“What customer service?”

The saying goes never trust a Car sales man and this is certainly the case with shen liquorice at Mercedes Colindale. Firstly we were quoted a figure we were happy with and then when we went to confirm purchase the figure originally discussed suddenly went up. Another major issue was we were not given choice of colours of leather interior, had we known red was available this is the colour we would have chosen but Shen never even offered the choice and as fare as we were concerned it only came in black, imagine how disappointing it was when we found out it came in a range of colours which we were not even given the choice of. Same with exterior, we later found out there was a choice of white colours but he did give us this choice either. Then he promised a week before he would give us a choice of registration numbers to choose from and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know he had already allocated one and yet Again did not even offer us a choice or let us know he had allocated!!! Date we would be receiving vehicle was also not kept too and delayed. I clarified to Shen on the onset please liaise with me but he continuously kept communicating with my husband and ultimately playing us off with one another in order to keep himself like he has done nothing wrong. Really bad service and I would never recommend anyone here. All I can say is I definitely believe you should never trust a car sales man. Appalling service. No effort to resolve anything either. Wrong interior. Wrong Exterior. Wrong number plate. unfortunately was too late to do anything as car would then have to be delayed by another month.
