Brand new car booked for a service.
It came back driving so poor.
The report had a lot of ticks on what had been done and checked.
Funny how the First Aid kit was checked if it was out of date and ticked as a mark was fine given it was sitting at my house!.

Did these people just tick the service report but DO Nothing to the car.
Avoid this Mercedes Garage complete poor service and on top of that car came back driving poor with functions of the car not operating that worked perfectly fine before the car went in for service!.

Same here. Backup camera or parking sensors not working. Also lied to saying they had fixed a fault when they hadn’t. No one calling back to arrange recitification of faults. Abysmal!
