They are down to earth people and went out of their way to help me get my new car. They helped me with my tax, insurance, even the after care with servicing, spare parts and advice on my MOT.

They are simply amazing at their job and extremely personable.

I bought a Ford Focus from Masons just after Christmas. I have been using it ever since without problems. They gave me a good price for my part exchange and did everthing they promised to do on time and without fuss. It's refreshing to find a car dealer (or any trader for that matter) who actually does provide customer service rather than just talk about it.
