Looked at 2 of their cars, both were prepared to a good standard and had comprehensive service history. At the end went for the toyota as it was lower mileage. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family and most likely come back after a year to exchange for a newer car.

Basically aim to deceive with there charm and flog complete shagged to bits motors!

Stay well clear as I could pretty much guarantee that the motor you purchase will have some sort of problem with it and getting your money back is a struggle!

You get back less than you paid but instead of sorting the problem they then realist the car in order of hoping to try and blag the next customer!

Disgraceful shambles of a dealership - Do yourself a favour and stay well clear!!!

Very good experience dealing with M&R Autos. Purchased Audi A3 and so far very pleased. They also were very helpful with the selling of my previous car. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and flexible with appointments and test drives etc. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a good quality value for money second hand car.

First time I have used this dealer. Found them honest straightforward and efficient when I recently bought very low mileage VW Golf. Helped me selling my own car privately as well, which didn't need to do. Tough negotiator though but don't feel ripped off. 

Have bought my second vehicle from M & R Autos, they helped me buy Vw golf that had all the relevant previous records and the car is as good as you can find. Highly recommend these guys for used vehicles around south London area.

The BMW I purchased was in top condition but then it was a top price for the year. Both the Salesmen were polite and helpful but hard to negotiate a good price with. Still the exchange was done in a good spirit.

Found these guys straight forward and professional to deal with. The car was exactly as described on the phone and is a gem having covered only 23,000 miles in 12 years with a full dealer history. No idea where they get these types of cars. Three month warranty was included and they recharged the aircon while I waited. If you want a quality car with history you can't expect to pay rock bottom. If you do then expect problems like some of the other reviewers have had. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

Purchased a car from them who at the time they seemed very helpful ( don't be fooled by the front) felt very pleased with the purchase, until a few months in and the problems started! Now I'm not talking little problems I'm talking spending the best part of £300 that's before the work is even started which could cost a further £800/£1000! Needless to say apparently it's now our problem and not theirs despite consumer law. Please don't buy from them and if like us you were lulled in please report them to trading standards and do your research on your rights as a consumer.

I have been buying used cars for the past sixty years and have had some good but mostly bad experiences. At M&R Autos Norbury I have found a gem. The staff are extremely helpful & efficient. The quality of their used car stock is of the highest order & the relevant documentation is recorded in a very efficient manner & above board as nothing is hidden from the customer. It has been a pleasure to do recent business with M&R Autos in Norbury.
