I never bought a Lexus but what I did find was an agent AKA the predator was sending my partner inappropriate text that she left her job at Lexus he was told to stop his texting but being the predator he is he kept texting her

Management need to do there homework before taking on employees a right disgusting man

Purchased a 3yr old xc90 from lexus glasgow as advertised on autotrader.

Complete heap with cheap 2nd party warranty.Now in garage with gearbox / transmission issues and they dont want to know.Thought i was bying from "trusted dealer".They dont want to know now i have purchased.

No 2nd key although they promised to send it on a after 5 months of complaints still hasnt arrived.

I think its misleading as they are buying cars at auction and selling them under lexus brand and "trusted dealer" advertising.If i had known this prior to purchase i wouldnt have bought the car.

Dont touch them with a barge pole.

Bought a car from their 'car deal warehouse'. CD/Satnav was faulty and, according to their tech, beyond repair. Having a working, inbuilt unit was one of the selling points. To cut a long story short they won't fix it or fit another working unit. Shocking aftersales service. Lots of "We'll call you first thing Monday" or "So and so's on holiday". They never call back. I've been in three times only to be fobbed off some more or offered a wee £50 tomtom to stick to the windscreen. No thanks, replacing that unit will cost hundreds.

Stay well away from this place or, if you do buy a car from them, hope that nothing goes wrong with it.
